Right after the hubby and I got married, we decided to go into real estate investing. I say "we", but I wouldn't say I was 100% on board. I did what I could, but being socially handicapped there wasn't much I could do.
So nearly eight years later, all six of our rental properties have FINALLY been sold...or was it seven? All I care about is that they're gone. But certainly not forgotten. Since a few of them were owner financed, we had to buy them full out before we could sell them. Needless to say, I think we've learned our lesson for buying rental properties...don't.
Now we sit on our mountain of debt. I figured if we can eat Ramen for the next three years, we'll be able to pay it all down. And hopefully before I'm 40, we'll be living in a REAL house! Debt sucks.
Wow!

Oh boy! Debt is no good. Guess I should get queenofcoupons.com up and running again? I haven't bought toothpaste or shampoo since like December! (and even then it was like $1!)
Ya, I need some coupon inspiration. I've been working on our budget for the last 2 hours!
Debt is our country's way of live. Save now cause baby it is raining.
